Better Shields Mod (1.18.2, 1.1.56.5) is a Minecraft Vanilla+ Mod. It adds Shields to all Tool Materials and makes Shields absorb different amounts damage. The best shields are made from Vanilla shields and three pieces of their respective materials.

Features:

Default shield damage reduction:

  • Vanilla Shield: 75%.
  • Iron Shield: 90%.
  • Gold Shield: 85%.
  • Diamond Shield: 100%.
  • Netherite Shield: 100%
