Capes Mod (1.19.3, 1.18.2) allows for you to wear any cape that you like, completely free. You can also use this mod to add any elytra to Minecraft.
Capes are rare vanity items that can be worn with the skin of the player. Although it is not possible to get a cape by yourself, there are mods that make it possible. These mods can be seen only to the player and in some cases other mod users. Some skins in the Legacy Console Edition or Bedrock Edition include capes. Java Edition players who have one or more caps can go to their Minecraft profile to choose the cape they want to wear.
