Carry on Mod (1.19.2, 1.18.2) allows for you to pick up blocks and take them with you.

This mod allows players to carry and pick up single-block Tile Entities using their empty hands. No items (or pickaxes) required. All meta data, inventory, and NBT data are kept. You can also carry smaller mobs.
