Fluid Hopper is now added to Minecraft by the Flopper Mod (1.19.2, 1.18.12). This block is used to move fluids around in early games, much like the Hopper for items. It can take fluids from the top (either from tanks or the world) and push them to the target side (either a tank or the world). World-interaction will always be preferred to tanks. This mod does not include tanks. Dark Tanks from EvilCraft are. This mod allows you to configure everything from the input fluid rate and the cooldown duration for the world-interaction.

How to use:
This block has no GUI, because who needs GUIs anyways? Instead, you can Right Click on the block to display contents. The contained fluid will also be rendered dynamically (can be disabled).
You can also right-click to insert fluids from any fluid tank item, or extract by Shift+Right-Clicking.
And yes, the Flopper has proper bounding boxes that allow you to click on blocks behind it.
Just like the regular Hopper, you can disable it using a redstone signal.
