Heartbond Mod – 1.19.1, 1.18.2 – Teleport to your Soulmate

Heartbond Mod (1.18.18, 1.18.2) is a new bonding system that uses materials from the Ender. It can be difficult for those who enjoy playing together to find one another on an expedition. There is currently no way for players to communicate with each other and find one another. The Heartbond additions allow for close friends, lovers, and those who have bonded together to play together. They can also teleport using the Ender Heart or the Ender Soul. Ender Hearts can be equiped by the first person. This allows Ender Soul users the ability to teleport immediately to the person who has the Heart. The Ender Soul can teleport to other people as long as both Ender Hearts have soul sand or soul soil.
