Modular Routers Mod (1.19.2, 1.18.2), a Forge mod, adds one block: The Item Router and many routing modules and upgrades. The Item Router is a buffer that holds items and can execute any modules it has installed. These modules determine the behavior of the Item Router – it can move items around, pull from adjacent inventories and place/drop items & blocks throughout the world.
There are many options for unusual item-manipulating devices. Modular routers are capable of doing all the above. However, there are many other mods that can do the same. All you have to do is plug in the correct combination of modules.
Modular routers cannot eject items into Mekanism logistical transportationers. However, it is possible to set up those pipes to pull from an Item Router. It can also eject items from EnderIO item conduits. Immersive Engineering conveyors are compatible with item routers. They will insert items into the buffer. The Sender Mk1 and Dropper modules can then be used to eject the items onto a conveyor belt. However, the Dropper module seems to work better.
