Overworld Quartz Mod 1.16.4/1.15.2 adds quartz into to the overworld. Quartz from the overworld requires a Stone pick or higher, and has the same spawn rate as iron ore. It drops 1 nether quartz per ore block. If mined with Silk Touch, you can smelt the ore into nether quartz.

How to install:

  • Download and install Minecraft Forge.
  • Download the mod.
  • Go to %appdata%.
  • Go to .minecraft/mods folder.
  • If the “mods” folder does not exist you can create one.
  • Drag and drop the downloaded jar (zip) file into that.
  • Enjoy the mod.
