Poke Tracker Mod – 1.12.2 – Display The Last Spawns Of Pokémon

Sidemod version Pixelmon Poke Tracker Mod (1.12.2). It will display the last spawned Pokemon via a GUI. The Poke Tracker mod will generate more information than just generate it. It will also show you more Legendary Pokemon spawn rate and other customizations. This feature will let you know what Pokemon have appeared in your area and allow you to search for them if you are looking. You can also use Poke Tracker Mod to do other things. However, you’ll need to modify the Mod’s configuration file. It can be converted into a Pokemon detector, or turned into a bounty hunting variant, depending on how it is customized. Poke Tracker can be installed on any server that supports mods such as Sponge, Magma/Mohist, and it is a Forge Sidemod.
