Raining Cats and Dogs Mod 1.5.2, 1.12.2 allows it to happen during thunderstorms. Ocelots and Wolves also fall from the skies. You can set it to spawn them more often or less frequently. This mod can also be used to control the rain from Weather, Storms and Tornadoes.
This mod was created for servers and doesn’t require clients to have it installed. This means that server owners can install the mod without clients even knowing about it.
